2026 Vendor application now closed
The response has been amazing from so many great businesses and individuals wanting to come and support our 2026 event. At this time, we are no longer accepting any further applications. Please reach out early next year to be a part of the 2027 Pride Festival. And sorry again for those that did not get a space, we truly would love to have you all.

THIS YEAR:
- One-day vendor market will take place on Sunday, June 7th from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
- The vendor market will be located inside of Canyon Lodge
- Tables and chairs will be provided – no tents allowed
- Vendor Fees: $45 per vendor // $35 for local queer artists // $35 for non-profit vendors // Free for Indigenous vendors
- All vendors will be responsible for a 5% US Forest Service fee based on your total revenue from the event. This fee is required since the event is located on Forest Service Land. You will be required to report your earnings to our staff at the closing of the event.
- The Town of Mammoth Lakes has a plastic water bottle ban in effect and any special event that requires a permit will not be allowed to sell or distribute plastic water bottles. This prohibition also applies to vendors at special events. Vendors and attendees are encouraged to use reusable water bottles and fill them at refill stations available at Canyon Lodge.
